ABOUT LEE'S HOME IMPROVEMENTS

Hi I am Lee, If you are looking for a professional and caring service then you have come to the right place. Firstly Let me tell you a little bit about myself and the services I offer. I am a qualified City and Guilds decorator and I have been in the building trade for over 15 years, during that time I have become skilled in other general maintenance trades. I can basically put my hands to most jobs both inside and outside the home.

I have been covering East Anglia for 15 years in which I have gained trust and regular clients who will call me when any maintenance is required on their property. I am very proud of my work and take pride in every job I carry out. I have a portfolio of my work which can be shown before instruction if required. I have worked on grade I and grade II properties, in which I take great respect on restoring them to their former glory. I am now offering a package of my full services.

I am a very honest, kind and caring person, I am punctual and take Pride in all I do. No work is too much hassle for me and I am approachable if there are any queries with any job or price. No job will be considered too small.

PAINTING AND DECORATING

I am a City and guilds qualified decorator. I can offer all aspects of decorating both internal and external. From wallpaper hanging, removal of wallpaper, making good. I offer these services for fence, sheds and decking that may need a little refresh, a change of colour or the first treatment for new. I Also offer sanding and oiling of wooden kitchen worktops, all of which are to a high standard.

GENERAL CARPENTRY

Lee's home improvements offers a vast range of carpentry needs. From fixing new skirting boards, doors frames, architraves, boxing to hide unsightly pipes etc. I can place stud walls, kitchen fittings, I can complete any flat pack assembly. I can also fit laminate and wooden flooring.

GARDEN SERVICES

When it comes to garden services I can offer a lot to my clients. I provide installation of fence post and panels, (even if its just the one lost in the awful English weather) General garden clearance, gutter clearing. I also offer laying decking and building of pergolas. If a flat pack shed or summer house has been brought I am more than happy to assemble this for you. With this I can also build the concrete base for Your shed, summerhouse, hot tub, play area etc or even patios. Please do not hesitate to ask about any small job you may need carried out in your garden.

GENERAL MAINTENANCE SERVICES

I have the experience and skills necessary to tackle just about every type of job that comes my way, So if if your new Flat screen TV needs mounting on the wall or your new curtains need a pole fitted than these jobs are no problem at all. I can fit new lights that you may have brought or even a dimmer switch can be fitted. If you need a new tap placed or just a few general repairs I can help. I Knew I was getting a hot tub but I was told by the hot tub company I needed a solid base before it was delivered, I contacted Lee who came round promptly to quote me and get a date booked in. The work was complete before my delivery and I also got him to make this beautiful Pergola, he made sure it was painted with weather proof paint and gave it a rustic feel. Such a friendly man who causes no fuss.
